How to Register for Operation Freefall®
1. Jumper Registration Form and Agreement

This is the first step in the process. Each person must sign a Jumper Registration, Agreement, and Release in order to participate. Please return the form and pledges directly to SOAR at the address indicated on the form no later than April 9, 2012. The $850 minimum of raised pledges is due with registration.
2. Pledge Payment Form
Each participant must raise a minimum of $850 in pledges. Each person making a pledge should fill out the Pledge Payment form and attach a check payable to OPERATION FREEFALL. We strongly encourage you to collect the pledge at the time it is made (it's much easier than tracking down donors and collecting later). Pledges are not refundable under any circumstances.

SOAR is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, or non-delivered registration forms or pledges. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the registration forms and pledges to SOAR's office. To that end, we encourage you to use a delivery service that provides tracking and/or confirmation information.
