This year we are introducing teams. You and three of your friends (4 total) form a team. You only raise pledges for three jumpers, the fourth person registers for free. YES, FREE!
Paratrooper Team Leaders will also be able to choose an anti-sexual violence charity where 10% of the teams pledges will be donated.*

Select Teams will have the opportunity to host their own drop zone.**
*Paratrooper Team may not be affiliated with an official Operation Freefall Host. Chosen Charity must be listed with Guidestar.org and is subject to approval by SOAR®.
**SOAR, at its sole discretion, selects Teams to act as hosts. Only drop zones designated by SOAR are eligible.

to Register
for Operation Freefall®
Jumper Registration Form and Agreement
This is the first step in the process. Each person must sign a Jumper Registration, Agreement, and Release in order to participate. Please return the form and payment directly to SOAR® at the address indicated on the form no later than March 15, 2010. The $1,000 minimum of raised pledges is due with registration.
Pledge Payment Form
Each participant must raise a minimum of $1,000 in pledges. Each person making a pledge should fill out the Pledge Payment form and attach a check payable to OPERATION FREEFALL or enter their credit card information. We strongly encourage you to collect the pledge at the time it is made (it’s much easier than tracking down donors and collecting later). Pledges are not refundable under any circumstances.

SOAR is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, or non-delivered registration forms or pledges. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the registration forms and pledges to SOAR’s office. To that end, we encourage you to use a delivery service that provides tracking and/or confirmation information.
