Each skydiver is required
to raise a minimum of $600.00* in pledges. (The
minimum for licensed skydivers is $100.00. See
Licensed Jumper registration form for details.)
These pledges are tax deductible to the extent
allowable by law. The success of this event as
a fundraiser depends on the number and amount
of pledges collected. Each person who makes a
pledge should fill out this form. Donors can attach
a check payable to OPERATION FREEFALL. We strongly
encourage you to collect the pledge at the time
it is made (which is MUCH easier than tracking
down donors and collecting later). Anyone can
collect pledges - they don’t have to be
skydiving to join in. SO,
if you have some friends who say they would like
to help but would rather not jump out of a plane,
you should give them some pledge payment forms
and ask them to help you raise pledges. Donors
may give the pledge payment form and their payment
to you, or send it directly to SOAR. Pledges are
not refundable under any circumstances.

SOAR is not responsible for lost,
misdirected, late, or non-delivered registration
forms and/or pledges. It is the responsibility
of the skydiver to ensure the timely and accurate
delivery of the registration forms and pledges
to SOAR’s office. You
are encouraged to use FedEx or UPS which
provide tracking numbers and guarantee delivery.
